Hilltop Leaf Ltd (“HTL”) have signed a supply agreement with Little Green Pharma Ltd (“LGP”). HTL will be importing product from the LGP facilities in Denmark, for supply to UK patients via its partner clinics and pharmacies. The LGP products are one of the HTL early portfolio releases and will be part of a wide ranging product offering from Hilltop Leaf. Such imported products will compliment our own produced product when online and help us work towards a reliable supply chain, meeting growing patients needs in the UK.
Hamish Clegg (CEO) said: “We are delighted to be working with LGP who have been extremely professional throughout. Our respective Quality Management teams have worked tirelessly, including onsite audits, to get this agreement over the line. This announcement is the start of a new chapter as HTL has officially commenced trading in the UK.”
LGP said in it’s Quarterly update: “In March, LGP Denmark entered into two further non-exclusive EXW supply agreements for its flower into the UK and Europe, with the first being a two-year agreement with UK distributor Hilltop Leaf Ltd and the second a 12-month agreement with Swedish distributor Nordic Range AB.” (source: https://investor.littlegreenpharma.com/site/investor-centre/asx-announcements)
